The following provisions determine the privacy policy (hereinafter: „Privacy Policy”) which defines information concerning collecting personal data including users’ personal data of the service(s) provided by European Academy of Optometry and Optics, 42 Craven Street, London, WC2N 5NG, United Kingdom & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki, ul. Warszawska 98A, 61-047 Poznań & Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., place of business and mailing address: Powstańców Listopadowych 11b Street suite 1, 35-606 Rzeszów (hereinafter: Mobile Madness) and the way of its processing by European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki.
II. Personal data
European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness make every effort that the Platform should ease every user to view information concerning the event, communicate with other users and the event organiser, contact the developer of the Platform, i.e. Mobile Madness, interaction.
That is why for the security and comfort of using the Platform we inform that by using the Platform you agree to save logs and other voluntarily provided personal data by the Platform. The data you will be asked for in the registration form, login form and profile edition are essential for the proper operation of the Platform within the functionality connected with the user’s account. Data submission is voluntary. However, failure to give the required data will block the functionality that requires these data. Creation of the account in the Platform belonging to European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o..
III. Types and purpose of data collection

Personal data submitted in Platforms belonging to European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o. under the service of MConference, in the view of profile edition, are available for all using the Platform being logged on to their account. Mobile Madness may not possibly protect you from private individuals or companies using such data to transfer undefined information to you. Therefore, these data are not subject to „Privacy Policy”.
Collecting data
The collected data, in logs, are used only for the purposes of improving operation of the Platform as well as statistics. We never ask for identification of users of the Platform.
The statistics concerning the use of the Platform are used only for the purposes of improving operation of the Platform.
For collecting the statistics and information about errors in the Platform we use the following libraries made available by:
Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Listopadowych 11b lokal 1, 35-606 Rzeszów - to collect error information for the Platform.
Using data
The collected logs are being stored for an indefinite period of time, as support material, used only for the purposes of improving operation of the Platform. Information included in logs are not revealed to anyone besides people authorized to administrate the Platform. On the basis of log files, it is possible to generate statistics that can be helpful in administrating the Platform. Aggregated summaries in the form of statistics do not contain any characteristics identifying people using the Platform.
Messages
European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness reserve the right to send messages to people whose personal data European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness have and people who accepted the processing personal data in the forms, according to the Privacy Policy. The provision of data is a contractual requirement.
Failure to provide data will render implementation of organisation of the European Academy of Optometry of Optics 2023 impossible.

Data will not be transferred to a third country and Article 13(1)(f) GDPR does not apply.
Data will be stored for a period of 5 years.
You have the right to request access to your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of data, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Your data will not be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling.
European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness shall ensure that the rights of all Users under the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, item. 926 as amended) are executed, in particular the right to complete, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend the processing of the data or deleting them, if they are incomplete, outdated, incorrect or have been collected unlawfully, or they are superfluous to the purposes they were collected for.

European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness use technical and organisational measures which ensure protection of personal data processing relevant to threats and categories of protected data; in particular, it secures data from unauthorized access by or misuse by unauthorized individuals.
V. Changes in Privacy Policy
European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Every user of the Platform belonging to European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness is obliged to the current „Privacy Policy”. European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) & Polskie Towarzystwo Optometrii i Optyki & Mobile Madness will be informing about any change in Privacy Policy in the Platform.
